I am an experienced timber floatiing floor expert. I have worked for sunhine coast floatong floors for 4 years which do work for all major flooring stores (harvey norman, andersons etc) and builders.
Competivite prices form $18.50 per m2 for installation. I have a very reliable and great priced wholesaler in brisbane that i can refer you to.

Preparation of the sub floor
Can remove skirkings and re install at the end.
Can install new skirking
Install new floating floors with underlay. All door jambs etc undrcut so floor can go under.
The correct expansion gap is left so move can move freely.
Installation of trims at door ways etc
Job site left clean and tidy
